Beef Cooking Tallow made from the beef suet found around the kidney of our steers. This fat is pure white because it has been filtered through the kidney of the steer. We render it slowly, then filter it two times through a commercial grade cheesecloth.
Keep it in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 6 months. Do not refrigerate.
