Ribeye - Tomahawk
Also called the cowboy ribeye or cowboy steak. Premium, frenched ribeye with a long length of bone still attached. The bone in these bone-in steaks is not like the standard bone-in steak bone.
The tomahawk steak is an incredibly tender steak with rich, buttery flavor. This section of the animal naturally collects more intramuscular fat, creating the beautiful white lines of fat - the fantastic marbling unique to the rib.
