Also called the Chuck Arm Roast. This roast has a robust beef flavor, moist and extremely tender when braised for pot roast. May also be roasted in oven and sliced thin.

- MEDIUM 3-4 lbs.
- LARGE 4-5 lbs.
- GRAND 5+ lbs.
